Name: Totally Jammin' (TJ)

If you love chocolate chip ice cream, you will love TJ! He loves kids, sugar and treats; but sometimes can be stubborn. TJ loves to jump in the ring and on the trails, but isn't as fond of dressage. He likes to swim in the lake in the summer, and get his rider sopping wet by splashing them. TJ can open his own stall, and he often puts himself to bed. TJ enjoys playing tricks on people. TJ came to this club in February of 2008, and although he is 23 years old; he doesn't often act like it.

Hollywood Spotlight, or Rocky, is a 17 year old Paint Horse gelding. I just started riding him this year, and this will be our first fair! He does jump, but as we're still getting used to each other, we haven't, yet! Right now, we're working on bonding and getting to know each other. He is very sweet, and loves to be groomed! He also likes being vacuumed... =) He is very happy to be in this 4H club.

Elmo is owned and ridden by Ali, Rose, and Natalie. Ali and Natalie ride Elmo English and Rose rides him western. He likes going on trail rides and riding in the ring. Elmo does NOT like jumping or cross-country. He does like going to shows, especially Gymkhanas. Ali is working on a lot of flatwork like dressage. Natalie takes lessons once a week. Rose and Elmo are both new at western and are teaching each other new things every day.

Skye loves going on trails out in the back of the barn and to the lake near the barn. There are many things Skye's riders like doing with their horse. For example; playing games with their friends on the horse, like seeing who can do "Around the World" the fastest. Some things Skye has taught her riders is trying to stay on a correct diagonal while keeping her going. They have learned and succeeded at many things while riding their horse and think that she is an awesome, cute, and beautiful horse!

If you love a laid back sweet horse, Bailey's your horse. He's a sweet boy who loves treats and going on trail rides, especially with his best friend Sparky. Although he can't jump he loves to ride around in the ring and learn new things. Not only does he ride english, he can be ridden western, he knows how to neck reign, and has a nice easy trot, that we're trying to work on as a jog. He may not be the smartest horse in the paddock but he's sweet and eager to please, and he's very excited to do his third 4H show this year!

Teddy
is an amazing horse. He used to live at Sue's but is now at Breezy
Hill where he has a very special job. Four days a week Teddy is used
in Therapeutic Riding lessons for children and adults. The other three
days Meghan R. leases him. Meghan first started riding Teddy three
years ago. Even though Teddy's previous owner is away at college, she
still rides him, and they love to gallop together on trails.
Teddy likes jumping big jumps, and enjoys galloping through his grass
pastures with him buddies!
